Each piece is thoughtfully designed and carefully produced to meet our quality standards. We encourage all customers to review the policy below prior to completing a purchase.


Final Sale Items

The following items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or store credit under any circumstances:

  • Items marked as “Sale”

  • Items purchased during promotional events

  • Items purchased using discount or promotional codes

  • Digital products

  • Gift cards

All final sale determinations are binding.


Exchanges & Store Credit (Full-Price Physical Items Only)

Full-price physical merchandise may be eligible for exchange or store credit only under the following conditions:

  • A request must be submitted within 14 days from the confirmed delivery date.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • All original packaging, tags, and protective materials must be included.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, odor, or misuse will not be accepted.

TFU TFU HOME LLC does not offer cash refunds or credit card refunds.

Approved returns will be issued as store credit only, valid for future purchases.

Store credit will be issued within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

TFU TFU HOME LLC reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these standards.


Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.

  • TFU TFU HOME LLC is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged return shipments.

Refused, undeliverable, or unclaimed packages may be subject to return shipping deductions and handling fees.


Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Approved claims will be resolved at TFU TFU HOME LLC’s sole discretion through either replacement or store credit.

Failure to notify us within 48 hours may result in denial of the claim.


How to Request an Exchange or Store Credit

Items returned without prior written authorization may be refused and returned to sender.
